At Bakr&Berg, we value your satisfaction. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You can return your product within 14 days of purchase.

Conditions for Returns:

• The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
• The product is in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.

Damaged Items:
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately via email for further assistance.

Return Conditions and Procedure:

• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Products with opened or damaged packaging will not be accepted. Opening the packaging implies that you wish to keep the product.
• The cost of returning the product is at your own expense.
